The show began with announcers Paul Vegas & Philip Shane welcoming us to the inaugural Mayhem of the new era UWWE, then co-owner Darren Moore made his way to the ring and announced that the World Championship would be decided tonight in an over the top battle royal. This brought out his fellow co-owner Duane Doogan who came to the ring with the UWWE Championship over his shoulder. He told Moore that he is the one with 51% of the shares in UWWE and therefore he has the final say, he told Moore that the Portland fans didn't deserve to see a champion born here tonight and said that there will be a tournament starting in 2 weeks to determine the new champion who will be crowned at Concise. Moore received a cheer from the crowd when he pushed Doogan on his ass and left the ring.

Backstage “The Japanese Enigma” Hara Kiri was warming up for his match with Adrian Shock later on tonight. Footage of Hara Kiri winning the UWWE Championship in 2004 was shown on the titantron. Kiri has wrestled elsewhere since the closure of the company but never reached the heights he did here.

The first match on the comeback Mayhem show was a Falls Count Anywhere match between Lucas Taylor and Kuberr, not much was known about either of these men, but they showed that they could give it their all. The match began in the ring and went out to the floor into the crowd and then made their way up in the main lobby of the arena where some fans were still arriving to the arena, they were treated to a close up brawl between these two, the match ended prematurely when the two left the arena and the camera men were unable to follow any further.

The upcoming match was branded a “Long-Time No See” match as Glenn Kirby battled with Ryan “NuTz” Brown, the two had been apart of the same company for the past several years before making the switch to UWWE, before the bell both men shock hands in a sign of respect. Kirby turned to the fans and saluted the crowd, unrepentantly NuTz then cheap shotted him from behind, he held the upper hand for quite some time until the lights in the arena and a spotlight shown on the stage and a man by the name of Jesse Lang appeared with a microphone, he complained about why he wasn't on the card when he was UWWE's biggest commodity after he signed a 4-Year Contract, the fans didn't know what to make of this man but realized he was a coward when both Kirby & Brown ran after him, he retreated to the back.

On November 19, the UWWE will entertain over 60,000 thousand fans in the Sky Dome in Toronto, ON, Canada, tickets for Concise go on sale this Friday from the Sky Dome Box Office, or alternatively contact your local satellite provider on information on how to order this event. As announced earlier in the show the new World Champion will crowned.

Adrian Shock made his debut as he made his way to the ring. He got on the mic and told everyone that he was the greatest thing to come out of Boston, and would love to back there as its in the opposite side of the country than this stinkin' place, the fans booed his comments but they let a burst of energy out as Hara Kiri ran out and hit Shock with a spring-board drop kick to get the match underway, they fought back and forth and then match ended when Mr. Doogan came out and ordered the referee to ring the bell while Shock had the former UWWE Champion in a sharpshooter. Doogan then stepped in the ring and hit Hara Kiri with a DooganDT and then announced that the only reason he brought him here was to give him simple message... You're Fired.

Next up was an exclusive interview with the last UWWE Champion The Eulogy. The interview which was recorded earlier in the day at The Eulogy's home, as he felt uncomfortable attending the event, this was eagerly anticipated by wrestling fans all over the globe. The Eulogy commented on saying that he can retire as the only man never to lose the UWWE Championship, therefore being the real Champion. He talked about his movie career and promoted his new film "ShotGun" but the interview then ended when he was asked what would he need to consider rejoining UWWE and he walked away leaving Ken Adams and the entire industry guessing.

Brandon Gateman made his way to the ring for Main Event Mayhem, he got in the ring to a chorus of boos and claimed that he was more of a champion than The Eulogy ever could be because he has the balls to show up and fight. He was cut up by fellow newcomer Benjamin Sawyer who made his was to the ring. Gateman then acted cocky as he knelt on the ground and covered his eyes, he told Sawyer to hit him with a free shot. Sawyer went for a rear chin lock and Gateman countered with the snap mare, he went to the outside and grabbed a steal chair, he used that steel chair in front of the referee and was disqualified as a result of this, then he threw the ref out of the ring and delivered a BKO to a fallen Sawyer and covered him for a 3-count which he called himself.

Afterwards as Brandon Gateman was making his way towards the entrance “All My Life” by the Foo Fighters hit the PA system and Mr. Doogan made his way out, he told Gateman to stay as he should hear the major announcement he was about to make, he then shocked the wrestling world by revealing that UWWE Hall of Famer Ian Bishop had signed a 2-year contract and that he would step foot in a UWWE ring for the first time in over 24 months at Concise. The fans went wild upon hearing this as Gateman who has feuded with Bishop in the past looking on in amazement as the show went off the air.
